Plugin: WRForms

Description

This option uses WRForms, a free plugin with fee capabilities. It will integrate with Constant Contact but will not integrate with WordPress User database. This is an easy to use designer yet unproven using various templates we may be offered in the free version. Stakeholders will need to manually copy data into endpoint data tools like excel. The Payment Gateway is a side-by-side clickable button for the new members allowing them to go to any number of Payment Gateway configurations.

Plugin: ARMember Forms

Description

This option uses ARMember plugin with many capabilities for the license currently purchased. The forms capabilities are very easy to use but has some lack in total customization. This is a tradeoff for ease of use and data collection. This integrates very well with our Payment Gateway and populates the WordPress User database as well as the ARMember database. Confirmations and notifications are emailed to stakeholders.  It integrates with with many email providers like Constant Contact and MailChimp. The various templates are unproven in the initial license, for a fee these templates may be available. Stakeholders will not need manually copy data into endpoint data tools like excel since this plugin integrates with WP User and ARMember User database. BOD may extract data from WP Users and ARMembers database as needed into excel downloads.  The limited number of data elements offered may be enough to cover the requirements for New Member capabilities.
