Missing: Larry Schulman, and Walter Rosenthal

President Ina Getzoff called the meeting to order at 1pm. Ina read the Secretary’s report from March 24, 2021. It was accepted as read, unanimously.

Treasurer’s report was given by Ina in Larry Schulman’s absence. See attached.

Membership: Joel Sisitsky stated that we have 127 members ACTIVATED in our website. No change in active membership since last month.

Reception: Glen Segal reported that 90 people attended our last Zoom program. He said that 127 registered and 90 attended. 15 guests attended.

External Communication: Ina reported that Walter stated that we had 100 guests attend our meetings over three months who saw our program notice on JewishGen . We have $1500.00 dedicated for publicity.

Member Publicity: Marilyn said that the members are getting too many notices about registering for the website. They should be going out to only those who haven’t signed up yet.

Scattered Seeds: Allan Huss asked for an updated board member list.

Programming: Beryl Cole sent out a list of potential speakers. She asked the Programming Committee to please listen to a few of the speakers and get back to her about which ones they want to hear.

Directory: Mona Morris said that the directory has been updated.

Ina talked about the possibility of cancelling the June 23rd, 2021 meeting. It was decided that we need all meetings till everything is settled.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:07 pm.
